Please have all areas cleared as much as possible. Please remove light debris from carpet with light vacuum as courtesy. Please secure any pets. Please try to save us a parking spot . Thank you for all your cooperation.

Pre treatment for soil suspension, spot treatment (if necessary), power scrubbing (if necessary for deep cleaning) , and fiber rinse extraction for soft and residue free carpets

Try to get as much air circulation as possible. Crack windows and run fans.

Try not to put furniture "flat" back on wet carpet until it dry. Place towels on hard surfaces to avoid slipping hazards.

Are pet treatment guaranteed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the results of pet treatment. The results may vary depending on the situation. Severe situations or self cleaning can make some stains permanent or smell harder to remove. However, pet treatment prices are reasonable so it's worth the try before trying more expensive solutions.

How soon can I walk on my carpet after they've been cleaned?

Immediately! We recommend using clean house shoes/slippers on wet carpet. We also recommended to lay down towels on the hard surface areas such as tile or hard wood flooring before entering onto the damp carpet.

How long does it take to dry?

Depending upon the condition of the carpets , air circulation, and soil level, it could take up to 24 hours. But in normal circumstances approximately 8 hours.

I’ve heard that once you clean your carpet it gets dirty quicker. Is that true?

Residue that gets left in the carpet from self cleaning or previous carpet cleaners is what causes rapid re-soiling. Our cleaning process uses advanced cleaning agents to loosen soil. Then we remove the dirt and soap residue with a clear water fiber rinse solution leaving your carpets soft and clean.

When you clean my carpet, does the padding or sub-floor get wet?

No. The pressure used for cleaning does not penetrate beyond the top surface of the carpets. So your carpets gets as clean as possible while leaving your padding and sub-floor dry

Why is professional cleaning important?

WARNING! Improper self cleaning can cause permanent damage/discoloration to your carpets. Vacuuming does not remove all the soil. Also, if you have not been able to remove spots following the recommended carpet care and cleaning procedures, it’s time to have your carpet cleaned by professional cleaner. For this reason, we require periodic professional cleaning at least twice a year.

Will the cleaning solution harm my children or pets?

Our basic cleaning solution is very similar to laundry detergent. As a general rule, try to keep your children and pets away from lying or playing on wet carpet as much as possible. But no harm if necessary

Do I have to be home while my carpet is being cleaned?

It is not necessary that you be home while your carpet is being cleaned because our cleaning technicians are thoroughly trained professionals you can trust. In order to provide the best possible cleaning, we do recommend that someone is home before we begin cleaning to discuss any specific needs or areas of concern regarding the care of your carpet – and of course, to let us in the home.

Can both my area rug and the carpet that it sits on cleaned at the same time?

Yes. However, the area rug cannot dry over the wet carpet. The area rug will be draped over dry area.

What should I do if the stains that were cleaned come back?

Although most stains that are removed from carpet do not reappear, deep liquid stains in carpet backing or padding/subfloor may wick back to the surface. If this happens, just give us a call and we’ll clean the area for free, no questions ask.

What is the most important reason to clean my carpet regularly?

You need to clean your carpets regularly for durability, good look, and to help keep the indoor air quality which you breathe.

Someone told me that I shouldn’t have my carpets cleaned because they will re-soil more quickly. Is this true?

Extraction cleaning technology has come a long way, especially in the last 10 years! At one time, soapy residues did pose a re-soiling problem but, the problems were addressed and corrected with rinsing agents that remove all soap residue that leaves your carpets looking clean for months!

I’m considering buying one of those household carpet cleaning machines. Won’t they do a good job of cleaning my carpets?

They are just not powerful enough to clean down to the base of the carpet where grit is wearing away at your fibers, or where the dust mites, bacteria and other goodies live in your carpets. Plus there’s no rinsing process to remove the residues left by the cleaning agents so your carpets may re-soil faster and be harder to clean each time.

Are services backed by Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes, we offer 100% SATISFACTION Guarantee. If any issues arise we will come back out free of charge to resolve any issues. MUST BE Within 72 hours of service.

Do you guarantee removal of all spots or stains in the carpet?

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all carpet spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots.
